Now & Forever Pet Crematory is located at the rear of 326 Jefferson Ave. (Baker Ave. entrance).
We understand that losing a pet is extremely difficult. Our separate on-site pet crematory allows us to offer cremation services, exclusive to pets, so your beloved pet can receive the same dignity that all family members deserve.
In addition to a dignified on-site pet cremation, Now & Forever Pet Crematory will also be offering: removal from the veterinary office or assisting the owner with their pet at our office; burial arrangements if desired; and a wide selection of pet merchandise including: urns, caskets, monuments and keepsakes.
Now & Forever will also be making a donation to an animal shelter or rescue league for each pet cared for at our facility.

Service Charge (0 - 200lbs.)..................................$150
(Includes services of staff, obtaining necessary
authorizations, cremation fee, cremation container, and temporary urn.)
Transportation- From veterinarian's office with ample notice
is included in our cremation charge.*

Outside 20 mile radius..................................$50
We will assist you at either location from 9am-5pm.
Cremation Fee (on-site crematory)
Our cremation fee is included in our service charge.
Merchandise (Urns & caskets)...............$0 up to $1000.00
Tax is not included.
