    May 7, 1936 - November 13, 2020

    Betty Lou Parker, 84, of Wheeling, passed Friday, November 13, 2020 at home; she will be deeply missed by family and friends. She was born May 7, 1936 in Wheeling; the daughter of the late Ray A. and Norma Luckett Stillwell. She was a retired employee from the Welty Home. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Ray, Alvie, Johnny, Bruce, and Robert Stillwell; one sister, Kay Pearson. Survivors include one daughter, Tammy Schafer of Wheeling; three sons, Chuck Parker of Dillonville, OH, Michael (Beth) Parker of Bridgeport, OH, Todd (Kathy) Parker of Wheeling; her significant other, Don Lutes, one sister, JoAnn (Dick) Bachman of Wheeling; 13 grandchildren, Chuck (Jesse) Parker, Craig (Lacy) Parker, Chad (Jessica) Parker, Nicole Parker, Jason (Brandy) Schafer, Michelle Ryan, Michael (Jennifer) Parker, Stephanie Parker, Christina (Stephen) Parker, Ashely Howell, Kayla Parker, Cindy (Steve) Dobbs, and Amanda Wiseman; 15 great-grandchildren, Jax, Levi, Cashton, Jersey, Jayla, Kaylin, Miles, Axton, Alexis, Mariah, Micah, Bentley, Parker, Ben, and Lilly; several nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Grisell Funeral Home and Crematory, Wheeling/Bethlehem.
