Donnie Strope, age 79 of Bobtown, PA, formerly of Cameron, WV died Sunday, October 11, 2020 at home. He was born September 8, 1941 in Aleppo, PA, the son of the late Charles and Lenora Warrick Strope. He was a retired repairman from Frontier Communications; and a Christian by faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred “Mickie” Strope; a son, Charles “Dion” Strope; and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include a son, Cash D. (Karen) Strope of Cameron; a daughter, Charlene (Randy) Ross of Cameron; daughter-in-law, Sonya Strope of Cameron; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three brothers, Kenny, Melvin, and Carol Strope; a sister, Nettie Antill; and several nieces and nephews. Private services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, Moundsville.
