Elizabeth “Beth” Welling Matheny, age 65, of Moundsville, WV passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022. She was born January 2, 1957, in Glen Dale, WV. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary E. Frey Welling and her beloved dog, Ralphie. Survivors include her daughter, Kayla R. Matheny Cuddihy; son-in-law, Dave Cuddihy; grandson, Riley Dare Cuddihy; a daughter, Lacey L. Matheny. As per her request there will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held at the Moundsville VFW Monday, March 7th at 2pm. In her memory donations to Marshall County Animal Shelter, 37 Animal Shelter Drive, Moundsville, WV 26041 or JMHS Class of 1975.
