Emily “Kay” Rulong, age 82 of Moundsville, WV died Monday, March 29, 2021 in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV. She was born August 15, 1938 in Glen Dale, WV the daughter of the late Alton Paul and Eva M. Holstine Yeater. She was retired from the former Fostoria Glass Store; a Methodist by faith; and loved helping people. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Alton Paul, Jr., Tom, and Robert L. Yeater; and a sister, Helen “Jean” Anderson. Survivors include her husband, Windy Rulong; a son, Fred (Judy) Rulong of Glen Dale; a daughter, Becky (Jim Mason) Robinson of Proctor, WV; a brother, Jeff (Donna) Yeater of Moundsville; a sister, Joan Knight of KY; three grandchildren, Lisa, Sam, and Adrienne; and four great-grandchildren, Audrey, Rylan, Ellianna, and Lincoln. Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, Moundsville.
