Florence E. Smith, age 68 of Moundsville, WV died Thursday, March 18, 2021 in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV. She was born May 13, 1952 in Glen Dale, WV the daughter of the late Ernest “Smitty” and Erma Garrison Smith. Florence was employed at the BP Gas Station in Moundsville where she was known for her teasing and joking with customers. She was a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, F. Donald Smith and his wife, Sue; and a nephew, Donnie Smith. Survivors include a sister, Nancy (Wayne) Wilcox of Sterling, VA; two brothers, John Smith of Moundsville and Ernest (Char) Smith of Seattle, WA; and several nieces and nephews.
