Paul J. Burris age 76, of Cameron, WV passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at UPMC, Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. He was born August 20, 1945 in Woodruff, PA the son of the late Raymond and Lillian Staley Burris. Paul was a retired grinder at Camforge in Cameron, a member of Bowman United Methodist Church, Cameron, and a US Army Veteran who served in the Vietnam War. He enjoyed farming, taking care of cattle and chickens and loved his family. Survivors include his wife of twenty seven years, Joann Burris; two daughters, Dottie (Bob) Hall and Robin (David) Burton all of Virginia Beach, VA; five grandchildren, Jamie (Evelyn) Stapleton, Justin (Jessica) Stapleton, Randy Stapleton, Tiffany (Vince) VanDyke, all of Virginia Beach, VA and Bryant (Isabella) Stunda of Harrisonburg, VA; seven great-grandchildren, Jennifer, Jacob, Morgan, Joey, Adam, Lillian and Kendall; one sister, Shirley (Tom) Bungard of Moundsville, WV; one brother, George (Sandy) Burris of Cameron and his beloved dog, Max. Family will receive friends on Monday from 11am until the time of funeral service at 1pm at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Avenue, Moundsville, WV with Pastor Mike Piekarski officiating.
