Richard A. Simmons

Richard A. Simmons, age 61 of Moundsville, WV passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at WVU-Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, WV. He was born November 24, 1960 in Glen Dale, WV the son of Linda Slonaker Simmons and the late, Richard B. Simmons. Richard was a graduate of JMHS and a member of Simpson United Methodist Church. In addition to his mother, Linda Simmons of Moundsville, survivors include an uncle, David Simmons; four aunts, Carol Jean Bushovisky, Jo Salem, Mary Culbertson, and Nancy Wagenhals; and his friend, Diana Stanley. At Richard’s request, there will be no services. Arrangements entrusted to Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Avenue, Moundsville, WV.
