Sandra Kay Wallace Beymer, age 83 of Proctor, WV died Sunday, December 6, 2020 at Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, WV. She was born May 1, 1937 in Glen Dale, the daughter of the late William O. and Madalyn Price Wallace. She retired after working 35 years, as a nurse with Dr. Jimenez; and was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Moundsville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Chester “Chet” Beymer; a daughter, Cynthia Beymer Wade; a brother, William O.L. Wallace; and three sisters, Hilda J. McKibben, Elnora Shy, and Linda Thacker. Survivors include Three grandchildren, Chad M. Wright of Proctor, and Darrah K. Wade, and William “Bill” Wade, both of Moundsville; seven great-grandchildren, Devan A. Shields, Morgan M. Wright, Bryce N. Wright, Eric M. Wright, Seth N. Lilly, Brianna S. Wright, Aiden Pitz, and Alexea Lilly.; and two great-great grandchildren, Addison and Zander. Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 3-7 pm at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Avenue, Moundsville where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11am with Rev. Bruce Bevans officiating. Interment in Mt. Rose Cemetery, Moundsville. Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Episcopal Church, PO Drawer P., Moundsville, WV 26041.
