William R. Rogers, age 69 of Moundsville, WV died Sunday, November 8, 2020 at home. He was born August 14, 1951 in Steubenville, OH the son of the late William R., Jr. and Dorothy Shepherd Rogers. He was a a US Army veteran; and a retired electrician from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Donna Blake Rogers; two children, Jedidiah (Shawntel) Rogers of Richmond, OH, and Eileen (Allen) Kerns of Newcomerstown, OH; and a grandchild, Sylas Kerns. Private services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, Moundsville.
